I’ve not tried it, but conceivably one might be able to do something using a two-form solution through a clever system of redirects.Unfortunately, it also obviates any Airtable action based on the current value of a field - such as directing linked-record lookups to a view filtered according to the value of another field in the record being created, as is possible with grid views.¹ This latter all-at-once mode allows form users - who are more likely to be casual or one-off users - to change their minds ( 'I’m not going to give this ^%$#! my phone number!), return later with information they were lacking (' Did Mom want the extra-large or the jumbo?), or abandon an entry (' How did I get here?) without cluttering your base with partially or invalidly filled records. At that point, Airtable checks to make sure all required fields have data if so, it then creates a record and enters all of the provided values. In a form view, values are held in the browser until you click ‘Submit form’.Add forms to existing pages that include a Record List or a Record Picker. This should be available any time you create a new page in an Interface. Is there a way to auto merge the info or link their name so all their info is tied together I am struggling to understand the best way to set it up. To create an interface form, you can either: Create a full-screen form using the new form layout. 1 for contact info, 1 for schedules, 1 for rsvp to event etc. In a grid view, records are created and updated in real-time: You add a row to the base, Airtable creates a new record and assigns it a RECORD_ID() you enter a value into field in rec1234NewRECORD5678 is updated. I want to use a few different forms for my staff to submit info. You'll need to refresh this page to submit your form responses, but when you refresh the page, the information you’ve already entered here will be not be saved. Oh no! Somebody made changes to the structure of this form after you loaded it. We do have only 1 GB and 10,000 records left in the plan (also tried to making some more to see if that help - it doesn't), but it doesn't seem like it can be an issue. 21.6K subscribers Subscribe 37K views 2 years ago With Airtable, you can collect information from anyone with a custom form that plugs into your workflow. I received a correct form submission at 10:25am MT. Integrate Airtable with your favorite tools to connect your most important business information and build more powerful applications. We have a large influx of form submissions today, and everything was working as expected until about 10:30am MT this morning. Both of these issues appeared out of nowhere. Today is an important deadline day for us, and we are collecting client deliverables through Airtable forms. This error comes in " invalid item in array cell: foreign record is invalid: row is not visible in column view restriction". To add more, one of our automations started to act up - We have an automation which fills in 2 "single-select" fields, where the second field is a limited view depending on the first field. Also, the same started to happen to an older (4-5 months old) version of the same base. Maybe somebody is facing something similar starting today? When trying to submit a form the following error appears (below).
